沼气热电联产机组有哪些突出的优势?

沼气热电联产机组将沼气作为发动机燃料,在发电的同时,将发动机的尾气余热和缸套水余热进行回收来产生热水或蒸汽,用来提供生活用热水或为厌氧发酵罐供热水来进一步提高沼气产量。
The biogas cogeneration unit uses biogas as engine fuel. 沼气热电联产机组由沼气发动机、交流发电机、余热回收系统、控制系统、公共底座等几部分组成。发出的电既可自用,也可并入电网;沼气发动机排出的550~ 600℃的高温尾气及80~90℃缸套水,经过板式换热器和尾气余热锅炉等回收系统产生85-90℃热水,用于生活用热水、冬季供热或厌氧发酵罐的保温。
