物理法脱硫技术常常采用活性炭吸附法。活性炭具有多孔性,比表面积大,吸附性强,能脱硫、脱苯、脱臭、脱色等,可应用于化工、石油、天然气、冶金、原子能、水处理、食品、纺织、医药、城建及环保等工业过程和人类生活中,是一种常用的吸附剂。
Activated carbon adsorption is often used in physical desulfurization technology. Activated carbon has porous, large specific surface area, strong adsorbability, can desulfurize, debenzene, deodorize, decolorize and so on. It can be used in industrial processes and human life such as chemical industry, petroleum, natural gas, metallurgy, atomic energy, water treatment, food, textile, medicine, urban construction and environmental protection. It is a commonly used adsorbent.
活性炭的吸附作用是一个催化反应,活性炭作为催化剂,吸附H2S后,催化H2S与其吸附的氧发生反应:
The adsorption of activated carbon is a catalytic reaction. Activated carbon acts as a catalyst. After adsorbing H2S, H2S reacts with the oxygen adsorbed by it.

沼气脱硫设备
生成的S元素被吸附到活性炭上。使用活性炭床(AS)吸附H2S可选用单床或双床系统,按H2S的浓度确定。双床串联吸附,第一个吸附床吸附H2S时,后面串联的吸附床几乎不起作用;当第一个吸附床穿透时(即第一个吸附床出口的H2S含量超标时),H2S会穿过进入第二个吸附床被吸附,此时第一个吸附床仍然起作用;当第一个吸附床饱和时(即第一个吸附床进口H2S含量和出口H2S含量基本相等时),需更换第一个吸附床的活性炭;更换后,新的吸附床作为第二个吸附床运行;如此更换,能够最大限度地利用活性炭进行吸附,保证脱硫精度且使使用寿命延长。
The formed S element is adsorbed on the activated carbon. Single-bed or double-bed system can be used to adsorb H2S by activated carbon bed (AS), which is determined by the concentration of H2S. When the first adsorption bed adsorbs H2S in series, the latter one hardly works; when the first adsorption bed penetrates (i.e. when the H2S content at the outlet of the first adsorption bed exceeds the standard), H2S will be adsorbed through the second adsorption bed, while the first adsorption bed still works; when the first adsorption bed is saturated (i.e., the H2S content at the inlet of the first adsorption bed and the H2S content at the outlet of the first adsorption bed). When the H2S content of the outlet is basically equal, the activated carbon of the first adsorption bed needs to be replaced; after replacing, the new adsorption bed operates as the second adsorption bed; thus, the activated carbon can be used for adsorption to the maximum extent, ensuring the desulfurization accuracy and prolonging the service life.
