If there is water vapor in biogas, the use efficiency will be greatly reduced. There are three methods commonly used by biogas purifiers to extract saturated water vapor from fermentation plants.
(1) Cold separation method
Cold separation is a method of condensing water vapor from the vapor phase by using the temperature change caused by the change of pressure energy. There are two commonly used processes: A. Throttle expansion cold dehydration method. B. Pressure cooling method.
(2) Solvent absorption method
Calcium chloride, lithium chloride and glycol are the dehydration solvents.
(3) Solid Physical Absorption Method
Adsorption is produced under the action of solid surface force. According to the nature of surface force, it can be divided into chemical adsorption and physical adsorption (which can be regenerated after dehydration).
